Even though Lake Moramie is extremely shallow it still manages to support a very nice fishery of abundant saugeye that average 1-3 lbs up grow up to 6 lbs, lots of crappies that average 11 inches, tons of really nice bullheads that average 10 inches, and lots of channel catfish. It was not wide open but we were able to pick for most of the day.
